Vanessa
After experiencing a miscarriage, at the beginning of this year, Vanessa wanted to honor her daughter in a way that would be special to them both. She named her company Saige and Twine after her late daughter, Saige Lane. This loss truly showed Vanessa how short life is, and to her, she wanted to show she could do anything she put her mind to. Combining her love for flowers, creating, designing and making others happy, with her organizational skills, and go-getter attitude, a florist was born.
Not only has Vanessa experienced the great joys in life, such as her wedding day (where her spark really ignited for floristry), but she has also experienced great losses where her artistry was used as well. She cares about creating beautiful floral pieces for her clients, and prides herself in the precision and creativity that is put into each piece.
Meet the florist & Owner of Saige and Twine, LLC
Vanessa is a Nevada Native, and lives in Northern Nevada, with her husband and dog Nala. Before creating her floral business, she was a teacher in the school district, until the pandemic hit. She realized shortly afterwards that life is too short to be stuck behind a desk, and chose to branch out into floristry. The idea of Saige and Twine, LLC was born a few years ago, and recently was just brought to fruition.

Saige and Twine, LLC is based out of Northern Nevada, but can and will travel for events as well. Our style is whimsical, flowy, and bohemian with splashes of color and creativity added in. We love to use the nature that is around us as much as possible when we are creating, to do our part in creating less waste.
Saige and Twine, LLC. was created in 2022, when owner Vanessa realized it was time to make her dream a reality. Saige and Twine, LLC is named after Vanessa’s late daughter, Saige. This company was created as a way for Vanessa to really focus on the chance she had to really focus on her dreams in life.
Vanessa puts her heart and soul into each floral piece that she creates, and the process that it takes to do so. Vanessa truly enjoys helping bring to life the ideas that her clients have for their dream day, or occasion.
